His expertise encompasses environmental discharge compliance and aquatic toxicity mitigation, helping mining operations meet stringent regulatory requirements while maintaining operational efficiency.

Prior to joining Veolia in 2003, David developed comprehensive water treatment service programs for the industrial sector across North America and international markets at a leading water treatment provider.
