Felix is Environmental Engineer with professional background of 8 years in mine and environment. Earlier in his career, he worked as a consultant and was involved in projects at different phases of the life of mine.

Felix has worked in several mines across Canada. He has gained hand-on experience with diverse operational, regulatory, and environmental challenges while collaborating directly with industry professionals.

In 2023, he was appointed the Deputy RTFP role due to his strong involvement in tailings projects, particularly reviewing the hydrogeochemistry and contributing to advance work/studies leading to the conceptual cover design
