"Randal Evans serves as a Senior Hydrogeological Specialist at Vale Base Metals (VBM) within the Integrated Water Management group under the CTO structure. She holds a master's degree in hydrogeology and is a registered professional geologist in Ontario. Prior to joining VBM, Randal gained experience on mining-related hydrogeological projects working for SLR and Golder consulting firms. In her current role, Randal advances water management practices across global VBM assets by providing technical expertise to operating sites and supporting projects throughout various stage gate development phases. Her responsibilities also include contributing to strategic planning for water management initiatives and delivering governance, technical assurance, and maturity assessments as part of the second line of defense. Randal enjoys supporting VBM’s ongoing journey in water management."
