Elzanne Moodie is the Head of Environment and Climate for Glencore International AG, with over 15 years of experience in Mining and Metals Health, Safety, Environment, Community (HSEC), and Sustainability management across both operational and corporate settings. Throughout her career, Elzanne has led initiatives that strengthen environmental leadership, foster a culture of safety, and advance sustainability goals, ensuring alignment with both regulatory requirements and long-term business strategy.

Elzanne holds an MSc in Environmental Sciences and a BSc in Medical Sciences from the North West University and University of Pretoria respectively and is an active leader in responsible innovation in the field of environment and climate for Glencore.
