Fleur Coaker is a senior public sector executive with more than 20 years’ experience across government, mining and consultancy in water and environmental related roles throughout Western Australia. Currently, as statewide Director of Water Regulation with the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, Fleur provides strategic leadership across water approvals, compliance, planning and waterways related programs. She is highly regarded for navigating increasingly complex water and environmental issues through effective regulation and purposeful stakeholder engagement.

Fleur holds a Master of Sustainability Science and is recognised for her water leadership as a Fellow of the Peter Cullen Water and Environmental Trust. Fleur is widely respected for her collaborative, values-based leadership and her commitment to driving meaningful and lasting change.
