With 29 years experience in the water industry, Leno is the Mining Market Manager for Veolia's technology business unit of Oceania.
He is a Chemical Engineer with a focus on providing innovative technology solutions for both industrial and municipal markets.
He has lead the development of numerous water projects within Australia for the mining sectors of Lithium, Rare Earths, Gold, Zinc, Mineral Sands, Aluminum and Antinomy.
These projects have involved process water generation, recycled water plants on tailings decant water, zero liquid discharge, desalination as well as treatment plants to enable the safe discharge of mine water to the environment.
