WHERE IS THE CONFERENCE?

The conference will take place in the West building, 3rd floor of the Vancouver Convention Centre.

TRAVEL RULES FOR CANADA

The Vancouver Convention Centre is located 20 minutes via taxi or 40 minutes via public transport from Vancouver International Airport.

The venue is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver and is within easy walking or taxi distance of hotels and other local amenities including restaurants, sightseeing locations and more. Further details of how to get to the venue can be found here.

DO I NEED A VISA?

If you require a visa to enter Canada, then we can assist with a letter. Once you have registered your delegate place, email our team and we can send you a formal letter outlining your commitment to the conference.

WHERE CAN I STAY?

The conference will be hosted at the Vancouver Convention Centre.

There is no accommodation on site but we have identified a number of hotels in the area, ranging in price. Please use this link to find hotel options that suit your needs. 

Please note, Water in Mining Global Summit does not work with any third-party organizations to supply delegate data or hotel packages.

NETWORKING DINNER

Continue your conversations in a relaxed and informal setting following Day 1 of the conference.

Join us for an Evening Networking dinner. Tickets costs start at $199 CAD to attend and ARE LIMITED!

Add on the dinner ticket at checkout, or if you've already secured your place, log back in to your registration where you will be able to add the dinner to your booking.

WHAT CAN I DO IN MY FREE TIME?

There are plenty of things to do in the local area, however if you'd like to continue conversations with your peers and fellow conference attendees, we have arranged a drinks reception following the end of Day 1, April 21.
