Water in Mining Australia will be held on 8-9 September at the Pan Pacific Perth in the Golden Ballroom.

Pan Pacific Perth is surrounded by leafy boulevards, a riverfront park, and views of the city and Swan River, making it the perfect location for the inaugural conference. 

GETTING TO WATER IN MINING AUSTRALIA

Pan Pacific Perth is conveniently located at the heart of Perth, making it easy for those coming by plane, train or car. 

For those flying, the nearest airport is Perth Airport, followed by a 19 minute drive to the hotel. 

Those local to Perth can access the venue by train or car, with Perth Underground under 10 minutes walk away and parking facilities for those driving.

TRAVELLING FROM OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

REGISTRATION, BADGING & CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS

Registration opens at 8:15am on Day 1 and 8:45am on Day 2. Delegates, sponsors and exhibitors must wear their Water in Mining Australia name badges and lanyards during the conference for security purposes. 

All attendees have access to the full content agenda, and can choose the breakout streams most appropriate for their topic interest. Attendees can swap between content streams should they wish. Presentations will be shared via email post event for anyone who would like to review the content. 

SPEAKERS

If you are speaking at Water in Mining Australia, please make yourself known to Water in Mining Australia staff at the registration desk when you arrive. We will ask you to return to the registration desk or report to your designated speaking room about 10-15 minutes prior to your session slot to review your presentation, put on audio equipment and answer any final questions you may have. 

SPONSORS & EXHIBITORS

If you have a sponsor or exhibitor stand at the conference, you will find your name badge in your dedicated stand space during set up. 

Should you require any stand items, assets, or collateral to be sent to the venue, please contact Miranda Evans, mirandaevans@fav-house.com for more information. Sponsors and exhibitors will be contacted directly with instructions prior to the event as well.

CATERING & REFRESHMENTS

Catering will be available in the exhibition area in the morning, for lunch, and in the afternoon. There are also restaurants in the Pan Pacific Perth should attendees wish to eat elsewhere. Please note, offsite catering is not included in the delegate ticket. 

Common dietary requirements have been covered by the menu selections. Should you have a specific allergy or dietary requirement, please let us know after you have registered by contacting Miranda Evans at mirandaevans@fav-house.com. 

CLOAKROOM

Complimentary cloakroom and luggage storage facilities are available at the venue.

EXHIBITION

Throughout the conference, attendees will have the opportunity to visit the Water in Mining Australia Exhibition Zone. Delegate catering will also be provided in this area. 

Exhibition opening hours are:
Tuesday 8 September: 8:15am-6:00pm (includes Networking Drinks 17:00 - 18:00)

Wednesday 9 September: 8:45am-16:00pm

INTERNET /  WI-FI

A complimentary visitors Wi-Fi will be available for basic browsing, email and social media.
