Venue accessibility information

Water in Mining Australia is taking place entirely on the Convention Floor of the Pan Pacific Perth which is fully accessible via lift.

We welcome earlier arrival at the conference, should you feel the need to familiarise yourself in the event space. Should you wish to do so, please contact: mirandaevans@fav-house.com 

For questions on the day, Water in Mining staff will be available at the registration desk.

Please view an interactive map of the venue here. The main entrance is fully accessible from the car park.

Access to the exhibition and refreshments: The exhibition and refreshments will be situated in the Golden Ballroom South on the Convention Floor.

Access to the conference room: The conference will be taking place in the Golden Ballroom North and Centre - accessed directly next to the exhibition space.

Access to the breakout room: One of our breakouts will take place in the Goldsworthy & Hamersly. Accessed directly opposite the exhibition space.

If you require a service animal to attend with you for any reason, please contact mirandaevans@fav-house.com and we will advise you on next steps.

Every room at the Pan Pacific is equipped with listening systems for the hearing impaired. Please email mirandaevans@fav-house.com if you require a hearing loop.

There are many convenient and sustainable transportation options for getting to the Pan Pacific, including walking, biking or public transportation. Situated in conveniently in the Central Business District (CBD) and city centre. 

Check out the buses and trains running in the Perth Free Transit Zone too—if you start and end your journey within the zone, your trip is free. The Central Area Transit (CAT) buses run through Perth City, Fremantle, and Joondalup, and you can get on and off the buses as often as you like for free.   

Hotel parking is available 24 hours a day and is subject to availability.  

Parking costs: 

  • 1 Hour - A$10 
  • 2 Hours - A$20 
  • 3 Hours - A$30 
  • 4 to 24 Hours – A$40 

 *Please note that the carpark has a maximum clearance height of 1.9 metres and is subject to availability. Should your vehicle exceed this height, the team will be happy to direct you to suitable nearby parking alternatives.
